14. Term and Termination
These Terms remain in effect while you use our Services.
14.1 Termination by You
- You may stop using our Services at any time
- Uninstalling our apps terminates your license to use them
- Cancelling subscriptions follows platform-specific procedures
14.2 Termination by Us
We may terminate or suspend your access if you:
- Breach these Terms of Service
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior

- Threaten the security or integrity of our Services
Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease.
15. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

You agree to resolve any dispute on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding. The arbitration will be conducted in Beijing, China, under the rules of the Beijing Arbitration Commission.

We shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Chaoshunxing regarding our Services.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right
- Severability: If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect
- Assignment: You may not assign these terms without our prior written consent
- Notices: Official notices will be sent to the email address associated with your account
- Updates: We may update these terms with 30 days' notice for material changes
